What to do in your session?
Some people like to start with cold. A dip or swim in the sea followed by the sauna to warm up. Others like to warm up before they experience the cold water therapy. You will soon find your own way.
The general guidance is a 12-15 minute heat session however if you are new to the sauna it is advisable to take your time to build up to this.
For maximum benefit follow with cold water therapy. A cold dip or shower. 1-3 minutes is great, more if you are acclimatised. Further information can be found in Sauna Etiquette in our Terms and Conditions.
